We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead business transformation initiatives across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in industry-specific processes, SAP S/4HANA solutions, and enterprise architecture. This role involves solution design, client advisory, and leadership in SAP-driven transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Industry & Functional Expertise:

• Demonstrate deep industry knowledge in one or more sectors such as Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, Manufacturing (Automotive, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Retail, High-Tech, Software, Semiconductors, etc.).
• Engage in technology-agnostic business process discussions with senior client leadership across functions like Finance, Cost Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Sales.

Solution Architecture Leadership:

• Identify opportunities for business process improvements and showcase how SAP capabilities deliver business value.
• Lead and contribute to solution proposals by assessing client challenges, industry trends, and transformation opportunities.
• Utilize SAP and Accenture assets to create differentiated solution responses.
• Drive end-to-end solution ownership, collaborating with SMEs to define and orchestrate proposal responses.

Project Delivery & SAP S/4HANA Expertise:

• Lead design workshops to gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and define SAP S/4HANA solutions across multiple functional areas.
• Oversee SAP implementation projects, from blueprint design to development and deployment, ensuring business value realization.
• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to integrate solutions, manage project risks, and optimize plans and budgets.
• Support pre-sales activities, business assessments, and roadmap planning for clients, advising on S/4HANA transformation strategies.

Requirements & Skills:
