As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
You will explore alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc., and build POCs.
You will create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes, and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues arise, diagnose the root cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives.

Technical and Professional Requirements:
Consultant with a minimum of 2+ years full life cycle SAP Project implementation.
Knowledge in configuring the SAP CRM solution across multiple CRM functional areas such as Sales, Service, Marketing, Interaction Centre, etc.
Knowledge in setting up CRM Middleware to handle integration and troubleshooting data issues.
Perform the role of SAP CRM Consultant with extensive knowledge and experience in requirement gathering, estimations, business blueprinting, realization, integration, testing, and deployment.
Ability to facilitate workshops for requirement gathering, training content creation, end-user training, etc.
Implement solutions aligned with SAP Best Practices and appropriate to customer requirements.
Ability to create functional and technical specifications, configuration documents, end-user documents, and training documents.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose CRM Production Support issues.
Ability to document and implement bespoke developments.
