Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP CRM professional to manage Lead-to-Cash processes, configure CRM/SAP WebUI, and ensure seamless SAP ECC integration. The role emphasizes collaboration across Sales, Service, and IT in an Agile delivery model.

You will support customer and master data integration, define relationship roles, and enable interactive sales reporting to improve pipeline visibility for leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 8–10+ years of hands-on SAP CRM functional experience focusing on Sales/Lead-to-Cash.
• Experience with SAP ECC and integration to SAP CRM is required.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and support Leads, Opportunities, Quotations, and Sales Orders in SAP CRM/CRM WebUI.
• Manage integration across Lead-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash with SAP ECC.
• Define and maintain CRM relationship roles and partner determinations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service and IT teams; participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog, sprints, UAT).
• Support reporting and pipeline visibility for sales leadership.
