Job description

Overview

5+ years of experience in 1 or 2 end-to-end SAP BRIM projects. Experience with Order to Cash is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as part of the Infosys consulting team to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment.
• Explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on research, including literature surveys, public-domain information, vendor evaluation information, and build POCs.
• Create requirement specifications from business needs, define the to-be processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
• Support configuring solution requirements on the products; diagnose issues, seek clarifications, and identify and shortlist solution alternatives.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. Support clients in navigating their digital transformation journey.
• Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data.
• Stay aware of latest technologies and trends; demonstrate logical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
• Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.

Qualifications / Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in 1 or 2 end-to-end SAP BRIM projects. Order to cash experience is ideal.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Convergent Charging Core tool, Admin tool, and Bart tool.
• Experience with Chargeable Item Class, Pricing Macro, Charge Plan, Rating & Charging for One Time, Usage and Recurring Charges, and Product Cross-Catalog Modelling.
• Experience with mapping and rating tables.
• Good knowledge of Provider Contract & Subscriber Account - Billable Item Mapping & Consumption Item Mapping Integration.
• Excellent client-facing skills, strong communication, and familiarity with project implementation methodologies.
