Job summary

VARITE India Private Limited is seeking an experienced GRC Consultant with a strong background in IT Audits, Internal Controls, and SAP Application Controls Testing. The role focuses on evaluating control design, performing control testing, and supporting remediation across SAP environments and related platforms.

You will engage in GRC/compliance support, advisory work, and documentation to strengthen the organization’s control environment. 7–11 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Audit, Internal Controls, or Compliance.
• Experience with SAP Basis / SAP ECC / S4HANA.
• Strong understanding of ITGC, Application Controls, and SAP Security.
• Knowledge of audit tools like ServiceNow GRC and SAP GRC.

Responsibilities

• Controls Testing & Audit Execution across SAP modules.
• GRC / Compliance Support for SAP systems (RCSA, access reviews).
• Advisory & Stakeholder Management with business process owners and IT teams.

• We are looking for an experienced GRC Consultant with a strong background in IT Audits, Internal Controls, and SAP Application Controls Testing.
• The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in evaluating control design, performing control testing, identifying deficiencies, and supporting remediation activities across SAP environments and related platforms.
• Experience: 7-11 Years

Essential Job Functions:

1. Controls Testing & Audit Execution

• Perform Application Controls testing across SAP modules.
• Conduct design and operating effectiveness testing for GRC controls.
• Perform platform-level controls review.
• Document evidence and test results.

2. GRC / Compliance Support

• Support Risk & Control assessments (RCSA) for SAP systems.
• Conduct SAP GRC Access Control reviews.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 27001.
• Identify gaps in control design and recommend remediation.

3. Advisory & Stakeholder Management

• Work with business process owners, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate issues, risks, and findings professionally.
• Strengthen the organization’s control environment through collaboration.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare reports and risk assessments.
• Track remediation activities.
• Contribute to SOP and control library development.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years in IT Audit, Internal Controls, or Compliance.
• Experience with SAP Basis / SAP ECC / S4HANA.
• Strong understanding of ITGC, Application Controls, and SAP Security.
• Knowledge of audit tools like ServiceNow GRC and SAP GRC.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
