Job summary

CSM Tech US seeks an experienced SAP CO specialist to lead and deliver implementation, enhancements, and production support for SAP Controlling. You will configure Product Costing, manage CCA and PCA, set up CO-PA, and ensure seamless integration with FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS.

You will translate business requirements into robust SAP CO solutions, conduct testing, and prepare functional documentation. You will train users and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced project

Qualifications

• 8–12 years SAP CO experience with strong implementation and support exposure.
• Strong SAP CO Product Costing expertise.
• Hands-on with CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, CO-PA.
• Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience with financial reporting and controlling processes.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP CO integrations with FI/MM/SD/PP/PS.
• Proven debugging, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities.
• Experience in user training and functional documentation.

• Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting of SAP CO-related issues.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, and preparation of functional documentation.
• Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Take ownership of critical issues and drive them to successful resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams in a dynamic project environment.
