Hire Alpha in Pan India is seeking SAP Consultants across all modules with 2+ years of experience to join diverse client projects. You can be functional, technical, or Basis/security expert, contributing to implementations, upgrades, migrations, and ongoing support.

You will configure and customize SAP solutions, prepare specifications and test plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role offers flexible engagement options in a hybrid/onsite/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in at least one SAP module or technology.
• Experience in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or both.
• Understanding of the project lifecycle (SAP Activate / ASAP / Agile).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and deliver SAP solutions in your area of expertise.
• Configure, customize, develop or support SAP modules as per project needs.
• Work on implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration or support projects.
• Prepare functional/technical specifications, test cases and documentation.
• Perform unit and integration testing and support UAT.
• Resolve incidents and change requests within SLAs.
• Support data migration, cutover and go-live activities.
• Coordinate with business users, project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and team members.

• Supply Chain: MM, SD, WM/EWM, PP, QM, PM, TM
• HR: HCM, SuccessFactors
• Technical: ABAP, Fiori/UI5, BTP, CPI/PI/PO, Integration Suite, Analytics
• Platform: Basis, Security and GRC
• Others: CRM, Ariba, Concur, IBP, Data Migration and any other SAP module

Key Responsibilities:

Required Candidate Profile:

Good to Have:

• SAP certification in your module
• At least one full-cycle implementation or a major support project
• Exposure to S/4HANA migration, Fiori or SAP BTP
• Experience working with global teams
