Job summary

EY seeks Consultant/Senior Consultant/Manager for National-Tech Consulting CNS TC SAP data migration. Role focuses on ECC to S/4HANA migration, data extraction, transformation and loading across SAP systems, with experience in BODS, Migration Cockpit, LSMW or SNP Transformation Cockpit.

Strong data governance and cutover planning are required. Applicants should have related engineering, data science, or MBA qualifications and 9+ years in SAP data migration.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
• Experience with data migration, data validation and ETL.
• Ability to define data migration scope, strategy and cutover planning.
• Lead data extraction, transformation and loading across SAP systems.
• Create data load templates, mapping docs, validation rules and reconciliation reports.
• Coordinate mock loads, dry runs and cutover activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and functional teams to define data migration scope and cutover planning.
• Lead ETL activities across legacy and SAP systems.
• Design migration workflows using SAP tools (BODS, Migration Cockpit, LSMW or SNP).
• Map legacy data to SAP target structures following business rules.
• Document technical specs, configuration and process flows for data migration.
• Work with SAP functional consultants on module-specific data nuances.

Job Responsibilities

• Candidates/consultants should have experience technical data migration/data validation experience along with functional modules and specially with ECC to S4 migration project. Requirement: immediate Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to define data migration scope, strategy, and cutover planning.
• Lead data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities across legacy and SAP systems.
• Leverage tools such as SAP Data Services (BODS), SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, or SNP Transformation Cockpit to design and execute migration workflows.
• Map legacy data to SAP target structures, ensuring alignment with business rules and SAP best practices
• Create and manage data load templates, mapping documents, validation rules, and reconciliation reports.
• Conduct data profiling and cleansing in collaboration with data owners and business SMEs.
• Coordinate mock loads, dry runs, and cutover activities including data load verification and sign-offs.
• Identify and resolve data quality and integrity issues.
• Work closely with SAP functional consultants to understand module-specific data nuances.
• Document technical specifications, configuration, and process flows related to data migration. Required Skills & Qualifications:
