We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Consultant with 5+ years of experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP Concur Expense Management solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in configuring SAP Concur Expense, managing integrations with SAP and third-party systems, supporting global expense processes, and driving continuous improvements across travel and expense operations.

The consultant will be responsible for end‑to‑end solution delivery, including business requirement gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, production support, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in end‑to‑end SAP Concur Expense implementations and rollout projects.

• Perform system monitoring and proactive maintenance activities.

Integration & Technical Coordination

• Support integrations between SAP Concur and:

  • Credit Card Providers
  • Banking Systems

• Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures.
• Work with middleware solutions such as:

Testing & Release Management

• Prepare Functional Specifications and Test Scenarios.
• Execute SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
• Support release planning and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with change management procedures.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, HR, Procurement, and IT teams.
• Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
• Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and training manuals.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.

Mandatory Certification
