Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to design and implement Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with Business Users and SAP Team, map data, customize modules, and develop APIs.

You will train Super Users, lead UAT, and report progress at toll gates. You will ensure security roles and infrastructure changes are aligned with project needs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce features and capabilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools: Apex, Integration and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration tools: Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Validation Rules.
• Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware)

Responsibilities

• Work with Business Users and SAP Team & participate in the design of a solution.
• Managing the data mapping/preparation, module customization, API development.
• Conduct Training for Super Users and Drive UAT.
• Report-out on specific tasks through each toll gate.
• Ensuring that any functional gaps (enhancements/config) are defined and being executed by the tech team, security roles are correctly assigned, any infrastructure (Printers, Scanners etc.) are being progressed, and form changes being completed etc.
• Understanding of product and customer cockpits
