Job summary

Indian / Global Engineering & Manufacturing Organization in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP Controlling consultant with 7–10 years in product costing and COPA. You will drive end-to-end Controlling design, configuration, and rollout activities, ensuring accurate costing and strong cross-module alignment.

The role requires hands-on SAP S/4HANA Finance/Controlling expertise, robust communication with business and technical teams, and a focus on delivering cost-effective, compliant processes

Qualifications

• 7–10 years SAP experience in S/4 Controlling/Product Costing.
• Hands-on COPA configuration and support.
• Ownership of product costing processes across MTO, MTS, CTO, and ETO scenarios.
• Experience ensuring Controlling integration with PP, MM, SD, QM, PM, PS across end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA Controlling implementation and rollouts (scoping, design, localization, testing, go-live, transition to run).
• Configure and validate SAP CO capabilities including CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, CO-PA, and CO-PC focusing on product costing.
• Apply deep product costing knowledge across MTO, MTS, CTO, and ETO manufacturing scenarios.
• Own integration understanding of Controlling with PP, MM, SD, QM, PM, PS for end-to-end process alignment.
• Provide SAP and functional expertise for Financial and Controlling processes to business and technical audiences.

Good to Have:

• Implementation experience across multiple SAP CO/Controlling projects (core template build and rollouts).
• SAP S/4HANA (Finance/Controlling) hands-on certification and project experience.
