Capgemini Pune is seeking an experienced SAP CO Consultant to design and configure SAP S/4HANA CO based on business needs. You will lead full project lifecycles, implement Material Ledger with actual costing, and ensure tight integration with FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS modules.

The role requires 6–12 years of CO experience with S/4HANA and hands-on implementation in multiple end-to-end CO-PC, Material Ledger, and CO-PA scenarios.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years SAP CO experience with S/4HANA projects.
• Implementation experience in at least 2 end-to-end CO-PC, Material Ledger and CO-PA.
• Ability to design end-to-end processes within CO track and integration with FI/MM/SD/PP/PS.
• Strong in business process mapping.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communicator with stakeholder focus.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA CO based on business needs.
• Expert knowledge in Controlling Enterprise structure, Cost element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, CAPEX with/without PS.
• Lead full project lifecycle from requirements to go-live.
• Implement Material Ledger with actual costing and valuation.
• Manage Product Costing and variance analysis.
• Set up COPA for profitability and margin reporting.
• Capable to plan and execute project deliverables within CO track as a CO expert.
• Ensure integration with FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS modules.
