Job summary

Capgemini in India seeks a SAP ABAP RAP Lead to design, develop, and deliver SAP applications using ABAP RAP, CDS Views, and S/4HANA technologies. You will architect cloud-ready solutions and mentor a team of ABAP developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple Capgemini Indian delivery centers (Gandhinagar, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore).

Qualifications

• 9+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, with RAP, S/4HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of OOP ABAP, CDS views, and API/OData development.
• Experience leading teams, delivering on timelines, and mentoring juniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of SAP applications using RAP, CDS Views, and S/4HANA/BTP.
• Architect scalable, cloud-ready solutions and integrations via OData/REST.
• Mentor ABAP developers, oversee code reviews, ensure RAP and clean core standards.
