Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape orchestration across multi-track SAP environments (Greenfield & BAU).
• Perform SAP HANA DB administration, migrations, and upgrades.
• Configure High Availability and DR using HA tools and DR drills.
• Implement SAP Solution Manager 7.2 (ChaRM, Retrofit, CSOL, monitoring).
• Engage in architectural reviews and roadmap alignment with stakeholders.

Job description

Core SAP Technical Expertise (SAP Basis & SAP HANA) includes:

• Lead landscape orchestration (N+1 / N+2) across multi-track environments (Greenfield & BAU)
• Perform SAP HANA Database Administration including HANA 2.0 MDC installations and upgrades
• Configure and manage HANA System Replication (HSR) for High Availability and Disaster Recovery
• Configure High Availability (HA) and DR setups using Pacemaker and Service Guard.
• Execute HA/DR architecture hardening, DR drills, and multi-target replication
• Manage SAP Application Server and HANA DB hardware migrations
• Implement SAP Solution Manager 7.2 including ChaRM, Retrofit, CSOL, monitoring, and dashboards
• Perform technical upgrades and conversions including S/4HANA conversions and OS/DB migrations
• Implement SSO via SPNEGO / SAML2 with Active Directory and configure Fiori SSO
• Configure SSL/HTTPS, STRUST/SSF secure communication and data flows
• Conduct performance engineering using ST03, ST12, ST05, and HDBSQL trace tools
• Perform system sizing and capacity planning using SAP Quick Sizer
• Configure Transport Management System (TMS) and transport routes
• Manage SAP on Red Hat Enterprise Linux, including HA architectures
• Lead downtime optimization strategies: ZDO, nZDM, dMO, CTI

Optimize HANA-specific performance design: Table reorganization

Delta merge strategies

Native HANA SQL optimization.
