Job summary

Infosys is seeking a senior SAP BRIM FICA consultant in Bengaluru with 5+ years of FICA/Ci experience to design, implement and optimize BRIM solutions including CI, SOM, CC and billable item management.

You will gather requirements from clients, configure billing, reversal and CI integrations, create solution designs and lead small projects to deliver high-value outcomes in a transforming digital landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FICA and preferably with CI knowledge.
• At least 2 projects experience for implementation of BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI) and Contract accounts (FICA).
• Must have a strong understanding of SAP BRIM functionalities across SOM, CC and CI-Billable items management-Creating and monitoring billable items.
• Must have knowledge on Scheduling Billing and Invoicing, Billing process configuration for selection, grouping and aggregation, Invoicing process, Execution, Process configuration, invoicing and billing reversal, CC and CI integration, Customization of events in CI and FICA, Invoice outputs from CI.
• SAP BRIM FICA Finance and Contract Accounting working directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and implement a FICA in SAP BRIM.
• FICA configuration experience of Main /Sub, Payment hierarchy, clearing rules, Dunning, Security Deposits.

Responsibilities

• A day in the life of an Infoscion.
• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
