Job summary

Xsell Resources Inc. is seeking experienced SAP QA testers with 7+ years of SAP QA experience and 3+ years in SAP CFIN to join a full-time role in India. The position requires 2nd shift hours and immediate joining.

You will design and execute functional tests for CFIN scenarios, perform integration/regression/UAT cycles, validate data and master data mappings, and coordinate with FI/CO, MM, SD teams. The incumbent will log defects in Rally/JIRA/ALM, maintain RTMs, and produce audit trails and

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SAP QA testing with at least 3 years in SAP CFIN.
• Experience testing Ariba.
• SAP modules FI/CO (GL, AP, AR), MM, SD.
• Rally, ALM, JIRA and SQL for backend validation.
• Batch job monitoring with SM37.
• IDoc/XML validation.
• Testing types include Functional, Integration, Regression and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Test planning and execution.
• Design and execute functional test cases for CFIN scenarios (initial load, replication, AIF monitoring).
• Perform integration, regression, and UAT cycles for financial postings and ledger updates.
• Data & Process Validation.
• Validate master data consistency, mappings and posting logic for replicated transactions.
• Verify integration with FI/CO, MM, SD modules.
• Log and track defects using Rally, ALM, JIRA.
• Prepare test plans, RTM, execution reports and audit evidence.
• Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.

Job description

We are currently seeking SAP CFIN Functional testers with 7+ years of experience in SAP QA (not confirguration) and 3-4 yrs in CFIN testing and Blackline.

Must be an immediate joiner.

This is a full time role working 2nd shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Execution
• Design and execute functional test cases for CFIN scenarios (initial load, replication, AIF monitoring).
• Perform integration, regression, and UAT cycles for financial postings and ledger updates.
• Data & Process Validation
• Validate master data consistency, mappings, and posting logic for replicated transactions.
• Verify integration with FI/CO, MM, SD modules.
• Log and track defects using tools like Rally, ALM, JIRA.
• Participate in defect triage and collaborate with developers for resolution.
• Documentation
• Prepare test plans, RTM, execution reports, and audit evidence.
• Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Experience: 7 years in SAP QA testing, with at least 3 years in SAP CFIN.
• Testing Experience of Ariba
• SAP Modules: FI/CO (GL, AP, AR), MM, SD.
• Tools: Rally, ALM, JIRA, SQL for backend validation.
• Technical Knowledge:

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to retail or finance-specific flows (e.g., GR/IR reconciliation, procure-to-pay).
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager for documentation.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and QA methodologies.
