Job summary

Neev is seeking an experienced SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Consultant for PAN India operations. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing CFIN in SAP S/4HANA, with emphasis on Payment Factory, EBS processing, and In-House Bank configurations.

You will ensure seamless integration between source systems, SAP CFIN, and banking platforms to support centralized payments, cash management, and automated financial operations.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of SAP FI/CFIN implementation experience.
• Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance.
• Experience with EBS, IHB, and Payment Factory.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support end-to-end SAP Central Finance (CFIN) solutions in SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
• Lead and execute Payment Factory implementations utilizing Central Payment features within CFIN.
• Configure and maintain Central Payment processes for centralized vendor and customer payments.
• Set up and manage In-House Bank (IHB) configurations and operational workflows.

Job Description: SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Consultant

Location: PAN India

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Consultant with specialized expertise in Payment Factory, Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) processing, and In-House Bank (IHB) solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Central Finance solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments. You will ensure seamless integration between source systems, SAP CFIN, and banking platforms to support centralized payment processing, cash management, and automated financial operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & Implementation

• Design, build, and support end-to-end SAP Central Finance (CFIN) solutions in SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
• Lead and execute Payment Factory implementations utilizing Central Payment features within CFIN.
• Configure and maintain Central Payment processes for centralized vendor and customer payments.
• Set up and manage In-House Bank (IHB) configurations and operational workflows.

Banking & Treasury Integration

• Implement and manage Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) processing and automated bank statement ingestion.
• Configure Bank Account Management (BAM), cash positioning, payment processing, and treasury integration.
• Partner with banking partners and middleware teams to establish secure, scalable bank interfaces.

Data Replication & Error Handling

• Manage continuous financial transaction replication, mapping rules, and system reconciliations between source systems and target CFIN environments.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve replication errors using SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF).

Stakeholder Management & Project Lifecycle

• Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, configuration documents, and process flow diagrams.
• Lead functional testing cycles, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover execution, and hypercare support.
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support to ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications & SkillsExperience Required

• Overall Experience: 5-10 years of core SAP Financial Accounting (FI) implementation and support experience.
• CFIN & Payment Factory: Proven hands-on experience implementing SAP CFIN and Payment Factory solutions.
• Banking Solutions: Demonstrated expertise in EBS ingestion, Central Payment, and In-House Bank (IHB) configuration.
• S/4HANA: Direct hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance projects.

Technical & Functiona Core Competencies

• Deep functional understanding of SAP FI (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cash Management).
• Technical proficiency in AIF monitoring, error resolution, object mapping, and reconciliation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of financial data replication architectures across multi-ERP landscapes.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations in high-visibility enterprise initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Finance or Central Finance certification.
• Exposure to SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) or Advanced Payment Management (APM).
• Experience with multi-national, multi-currency implementations and complex banking formats (e.g., ISO 20022, MT940, BAI2).
