Overview

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect to lead digital transformation initiatives, provide strategic advisory services, and drive end-to-end SAP implementations. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry expertise, strong functional knowledge, and the ability to engage with senior client leadership in business process discussions.

Responsibilities

• Industry and Functional Expertise: Leverage deep expertise in one or more industries, including Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, Manufacturing (Automotive, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Retail, High-Tech, Software, Semiconductors), and more; provide technology-agnostic business process consulting in Finance & Cost Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Sales.
• Solution Architecture Leadership: Guide clients in maximizing the value of SAP-led transformation initiatives by identifying business challenges and aligning SAP solutions with enterprise goals; lead or collaborate on solution development and proposal creation, differentiating responses using innovative SAP capabilities and proprietary assets; take end-to-end ownership of solution design, working with SMEs to develop comprehensive and scalable solutions.
• Project Delivery: Conduct design workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and gap analysis for SAP S/4HANA implementations; oversee the full project lifecycle from blueprinting to deployment; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact SAP solutions while proactively managing risks, scope, budget, and timelines; provide strategic advisory on SAP S/4HANA-led digital transformation and support pre-sales, business assessments, and roadmaps for clients.
• Networking and Business Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders; expand existing client engagements and identify new business opportunities through innovative SAP solutions; lead S/4HANA opportunity pursuits, including developing responses to RFPs/RFIs and coordinating expert teams.
