Job summary

ITC Infotech in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP C4C (Sales Cloud) Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP Sales Cloud solutions. You will collaborate with global stakeholders and agile teams to deliver end-to-end C4C projects, including integrations via CPI and BTP, reporting, and CRM processes.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of hands-on SAP C4C experience, strong CPI/BTP knowledge, and excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience with SAP C4C / SAP Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on with SAP CPI and SAP BTP.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and reporting.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into SAP C4C solutions.

• Collaborate with global Agile/DevOps teams to drive delivery.
• Manage C4C reporting, dashboards, territory management and data replication.

• Provide user training and post-implementation support.
