Job summary

Conexus in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Consultant with a strong mix of technical development and functional configuration to design, implement and continuously enhance SAP C4C solutions across Sales and Service processes.

The role spans requirements gathering, SDK development, ABSL scripting, integrations with SAP S/4HANA via CPI, data migration and post-go-live support, delivering end-to-end solutions through design, deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP C4C experience, covering both SDK development and functional configuration.
• Strong expertise in SAP Cloud Applications Studio (PDI), ABSL, BODL and custom business objects.
• Experience with extension fields, embedded components, OData services and development lifecycle management.
• Functional knowledge of SAP C4C Sales and/or Service processes.
• Experience with business partner and employee master data, organisational management and ID mapping.
• Integration experience with SAP CPI/Integration Suite and SAP ERP or S/4HANA.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across data replication, synchronisation and integration defects.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Desirable Experience: Exposure to SAP Sales/Service Cloud V2 or migration from C4C to V2.
• SAP C4C, Sales Cloud or Cloud Applications Studio certification.
• Experience supporting industry-specific sales processes.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Consultant with a strong combination of technical development and functional configuration skills to support the design, implementation and ongoing enhancement of SAP C4C solutions.

This role offers end-to-end involvement across business requirements, SDK development, Sales and Service processes, and integration with SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across both technical and functional areas, delivering solutions from initial design through to deployment and post-go-live support.
