Job Description

• Understand and support end to end Sales processes (Lead Management, Account Management, Opportunity Management, Quotation Management)
• Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP C4C implementation, migration, integration or support projects.
• Configure and customize SAP C4C modules according to business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Work with Key Users and IT business analysts and help in deploying and supporting the EB SAP C4C solutions (Projects, Enhancements & Support).
• Work through central stakeholders for C4C end users located globally.
• Work with SAP IT Business Analysts and Key Users to interpret and refine business requirements (change requests and incidents) based on functional knowledge and C4C consulting skills.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of SAP C4C design and configuration.
• Use functional and communication skills with business knowledge to own the successful resolution of business problems.
• Review submitted designs and functional specifications if submitted and optimize where possible.
• Work with and coordinate across multiple teams.
• Provide production support for techno-functional issues.
• Provide analysis and estimates for upcoming tasks.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Desired skills

• Should have experience in Implementation, Rollout and related support activities.
• Understands the pricing & integration with back-end ECC system.
• Understands the integration with back-end ECC system & Fields Service tools.
• Has good communication skills and good attitude and commitment towards execution
• Experience in working with teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs.
• Hands on experience in Customizing of C4C solution in Sales, Service and Marketing.
• Hands on experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support..
• Needs to be able to communicate well with non-technical business users and technical team at any levels or location.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) platform.
• Experience in integration with other SAP modules.
