Walking Tree is seeking an experienced SAP BW/4HANA developer to lead end-to-end BW planning projects in India. The role focuses on designing planning-enabled ADSOs, aggregation levels, and input-ready sheets for non-technical users.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of hands-on BW/4HANA development, strong ABAP for transformations, and experience with ODP delta extraction from S/4HANA. SAP BW4HANA certification is strongly advantageous.

Skills Needed

• The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 5 -8 years of hands-on SAP BW/4HANA development experience with at least two end-to-end BW-IP implementations where they were the primary planning mask developer.
• Candidate must be able to write Fox formula validation logic independently from a business conversation, design planning-enabled ADSOs and aggregation levels from scratch, and build input-ready entry sheets in SAP Analysis for Office or SAC Planning for non-technical business users.
• Strong ABAP skills for BW transformations are essential specifically for movement type classification routines and Z-table lookups. Experience with ODP-based delta extraction from S/4HANA (2LIS_03_BF / BX / UM), BW process chain design, and BW-IP authorisation model implementation (S_RS_PLSE, S_RS_IOBJ, data slices) is required.
• Pharma or supply chain domain knowledge, experience integrating BW with Kinaxis or similar planning tools, and SAP C_BW4HANA certification are strongly advantageous.
