Alike Thoughts in Pune, India seeks an SAP BTP Technical Lead to guide the design, development and implementation of next‑generation AI-powered enterprise applications using SAP BTP, Joule and CAPM.

The ideal candidate will architect cloud‑native apps, deliver Joule skills, and drive integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP AI and SAP Build solutions, while shaping agentic AI workflows across the SAP stack.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SAP BTP and SAP Joule technologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of CAPM, SAPUI5 and Node.js.
• Experience designing AI-enabled enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and implementation of AI-powered apps on SAP BTP.
• Architect cloud-native solutions using CAPM, SAP Joule and SAPUI5.
• Develop OData services and APIs and integrate with SAP systems.
• Drive CICD, lifecycle management and CI/CD within SAP environments.
• Design AI-driven conversational experiences using SAP AI capabilities.

SAP BTP Technical Lead to lead the design development and implementation of nextgeneration AIpowered enterprise applications using SAP Business Technology Platform BTP SAP Joule and SAP Cloud Application Programming Model CAPM

Preferred candidate profile

Design and develop cloudnative applications using SAP CAPM Nodejs SAPUI5 python

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP BTP services SAP AI capabilities SAP Build solutions and SAP S4HANA integrations The role involves architecting and delivering intelligent business assistants custom Joule skills AI agents and cleancore compliant extensions for SAP business processes

Develop OData V4 services and APIs

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders enterprise architects product owners and development teams to drive innovation leveraging SAPs Agentic AI and Joule ecosystem

Design development and implementation of nextgeneration AIpowered enterprise applications using SAP Business Technology Platform BTP

Should possess following skills SAP BTP Technical Lead

Build SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5 and SAP Fiori Elements

1 Lead the design and development of SAP Joule use cases and AIpowered business assistants

Implement business services following SAP Clean Core principles

2 Develop and deploy custom Joule skills and extensions

Design eventdriven applications and workflows on SAP BTP

3 Integrate Joule with SAP S4HANA SAP SuccessFactors and other SAP applications

Lead application lifecycle management and CICD implementation

4 Design and implement AIdriven conversational experiences using SAP AI Foundation and Generative AI Hub

Experience in building agentic AI solutions will be an added advantage

5 Define prompting strategies agent instructions grounding mechanisms and retrieval patterns

6 Implement enterprisegrade Agentic AI solutions leveraging SAP Joule
