Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Lead with extensive experience in SAP BTP Integration Architecture.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integration solutions that enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency.

This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and the ability to lead cross functional teams in delivering high quality integration solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement integration solutions using SAP BTP, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.
• Lead integration projects from conception to completion, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct system architecture reviews and ensure best practices are followed in integration design and implementation.
• Monitor and optimize integration performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP BTP features and industry trends to recommend enhancements and improvements.
• Document integration processes, architectures, and best practices for knowledge sharing and compliance.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven expertise in SAP BTP Integration Architecture. Strong understanding of integration patterns, methodologies, and tools. Experience with SAP Cloud Integration, API Management, and related technologies.

Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other SAP modules and technologies (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori).
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and platforms beyond​ SAP BTP. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Certifications related to SAP BTP or integration technologies.
