Job summary

PwC India invites a seasoned SAP BTP Administrator - Integration & AI Transformation Manager to lead real-time integration across SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Ariba within a multi-city setting (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai). The role demands 10-16 years of experience, rotational shifts, and immediate to 30 days notice.

You will deploy AI Core, Generative AI, and API governance, drive data orchestration across cloud platforms, and oversee SAP Integration Suite and CPI within the BTP

Qualifications

• Experience designing real-time integration between SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Ariba.
• Experience deploying SAP AI Core and Generative AI to automate core processes.
• Experience governing API management and SAP Event Mesh architectures.

Responsibilities

We have an opportunity to have SAP BTP Administrator - Integration & AI Transformation Manager

Position: SAP BTP Administrator - Integration

Experience Required: 10-16 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad & Chennai

Work Timing: Rotational Shifts (2 To 11)

Required Skills:

1. Design and implement real-time integration strategies connecting SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Ariba to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

2. Deploy and manage SAP AI Core and Generative AI technologies to automate and optimize core business processes.

3. Govern and oversee API management and event-driven architectures using SAP Event Mesh to enable scalable and secure integrations.

4. Architect and maintain robust data orchestration pipelines between cloud platforms and hyperscaler environments.

5. Administer SAP Integration Suite and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to build, monitor, and troubleshoot integration scenarios.

6. Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models using SAP AI Launchpad and related AI tools to support business needs.

7. Ensure compliance and efficient usage of communication protocols such as REST, SOAP, OData, EDI, and GraphQL in all integration workflows.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities leveraging AI and integration technologies.

9. Monitor system performance and provide continuous improvements for integration flows and AI deployments within the SAP BTP environment.

10. Maintain documentation, provide training and support to stakeholders on SAP BTP administration, API governance, and AI-enabled automation solutions.Experience in SAP Technical Pre-Sales including creation of technical proposals and constructing estimates for SAP Technical work.

11. Knowledge on SAP cloud offerings like BTP, SAC, Cloud connector, etc.

12. Full cycle experience in SAP Migration and S/4 Conversion activities.

13. Strong knowledge and exposure to HANA Database and MS SQL Database.

14. Strong knowledge in BOBI, Data services etc.

15. Proficient in the use of methodologies supported by SAP best practices.

16. Strong knowledge in troubleshooting performance issues and providing solutions to fine tune the system.

1 7. Must be proactive and self-motivated.

18. Must be easily understood and possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and writing skills.

19. Must Have customer facing experience and possess good negotiation skills.

20. Exposure to ITIL framework.

21. Provide SME advice to the team and Mentor team members to achieve the desired result by conducting Boot camps, learning sessions, etc.

22. Should have a good understanding of the organization structure and requirements.

23. Develop and maintain process and technical documentation.

24. Prepare and present project status reports to Clients and Senior Management.

25. Must have experience in working with cross functional and cross cultural teams across the globe.

26. Should provide escalation support and ensure all the tasks and issues are resolved within the deadline.
