Job summary

NTT DATA North America in Hyderabad, India seeks a SAP BTP Lead to manage administration, security, monitoring and support of SAP BTP and cloud applications including CPI, SAC, IBP, Ariba and Cloud ALM.

You will oversee global accounts, user access, SSO setups, certificates, and connectivity, coordinate integrations, monitor health and incidents, and drive operational excellence across SAP cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP BTP administration, security and monitoring required.
• Hands-on for CPI, Cloud Connector, IAS/Entra ID and cloud integrations.
• Strong focus on platform stability, access control and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP BTP Global Accounts, Subaccounts, Entitlements and Services.
• Administer user access, roles, and security compliance.
• Configure SSO using SAP IAS and Entra ID; manage certificates and trust configurations.
• Monitor platform health, performance, incidents and service availability.
• Administer SAP CPI environments and integration flows; support transports and deployments.
• Coordinate integrations with SAP and third-party apps; ensure operational excellence.

SAP BTP, Integration & Cloud Applications Administrator

Responsible for the administration, security, monitoring, and support of SAP BTP and SAP Cloud applications, including CPI, SAC, IBP, Ariba, AFC, Build Work Zone, Cloud ALM, Cloud for Credit, CTMS, IAS, and CI-DS.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SAP BTP Global Accounts, Subaccounts, Entitlements, and Services.
• Administer user access, roles, authorizations, and security compliance.
• Configure and support SSO using SAP IAS and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Manage certificates, keys, trust configurations, and backend connections.
• Monitor platform health, performance, incidents, and service availability.
• Administer SAP CPI environments (DEV, QA, PRE-PROD, PROD) and integration flows.
• Manage SAP Cloud Connector connectivity with S/4HANA, GTS, and other enterprise systems.
• Support transports, deployments, and integration troubleshooting.
• Coordinate integrations with SAP and third-party applications.
• Ensure platform stability, security, and operational excellence across SAP cloud solutions.
