The resource will be responsible for operating and administering SAP Integration Suite services, monitoring platform health, availability, and performance, and managing incidents, problems, and operational support activities. The role includes performing platform configuration and lifecycle management, coordinating platform maintenance, upgrades, and patching, ensuring monitoring, observability, and operational readiness, and managing tenant configuration, certificates, connectivity, and security. Additionally, the individual will support capacity planning and platform optimization, collaborate with SAP Basis, Infrastructure, Integration teams, and vendors, and drive continuous operational improvements following SRE practices. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with a minimum of 4+ years in SAP BTP services, along with experience working with SAPUI5/Fiori applications. Hands-on experience with CAPM (Node.js) development and support is required, while experience with SAP Build Process Automation (BPA) is considered a nice-to-have skill.
