Job summary

Stark Industries is seeking an experienced SAP BTP Development Lead in Bengaluru to drive design, development, and delivery of cloud-based solutions on SAP BTP. You will lead a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional partners to build scalable, secure applications using CAP, UI5, and HANA Cloud.

The role requires 6+ years of SAP development, with 2–3 years in SAP BTP, and hands-on experience with S/4HANA integration, IAS/XSUAA, and CI/CD tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Development Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of innovative cloud-based solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The candidate will lead a team of developers and work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications leveraging BTP services such as SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), SAP Fiori/UI5, HANA Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Mobile Services.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of applications on SAP BTP, including architecture, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.

Qualifications:

6+ years of SAP development experience, with at least 2-3 years in SAP BTP environment.

Knowledge of SAP BTP services, including Mobile Services, Workflow, Business Rules, and Destination Services.

Strong understanding of REST/OData APIs, OAuth2.0, JWT, and integration patterns.

Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and DevOps methodologies.

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP BTP or SAP Extension Suite

Experience with SAP Event Mesh, SAP Build Apps (Low-Code/No-Code), or SAP Launchpad Service

Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)

Exposure to non-SAP integrations (Salesforce, Workday, etc.)

Experience with legacy-to-cloud transformations
