Job summary

NAM Info Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP Cloud Platform Admin to join the ERP Platform team.

You will administer and optimize the SAP BTP and related cloud solutions, partnering with stakeholders to ensure secure, cost-controlled, and scalable operations across multi-environment landscapes. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement standards, monitor performance, and drive cost-effective improvements while ensuring compliance with GxP and SOX requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience implementing and managing SAP BTP and cloud-based SAP solutions for Global ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP cloud architecture including BTP and BTP Cloud solutions like Signavio, LeanIX, Cloud ALM.
• Experience maintaining cloud infrastructure for SAP solutions (IBP, Hybris, Ariba, Concur, etc.).
• Experience administering SAP BTP accounts including Global Accounts, Directories and Subaccounts with entitlements, quotas, and subscriptions across Dev/Test/Prod.
• Proven ability to manage SAP BTP security and identity configuration (IAS, SSO integrations).
• Hands-on experience configuring secure connectivity between SAP BTP and external systems (SAP Cloud Connector, Destinations).
• Experience administering SAP BTP services (Integration Suite, HANA Cloud, Process Automation).
• Knowledge of runtimes/environments (Cloud Foundry, Kyma) and deployment monitoring.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

ERP Cloud Platform Admin is an important position in the ERP Platform team where you will have the opportunity to partner with key business stakeholders, architects, AMS providers and ensure optimal operations of SAP Cloud solutions and BTP Platform.

The Administrator will be responsible for the administration, governance, and operational stability of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This role will also ensure that SAP BTP is securely configured, available, cost-controlled, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards to enable SAP extensions, integrations, and innovations. The role will be the Primary contact for supporting SAP BTP developers, integration teams, architects.

Your Responsibilities:

The primary purpose of this job is to administer and optimize the technical setup of cloud-based SAP solutions and BTP Platform.

• Responsible for administration of Global accounts for BTP and cloud-based SAP solutions.
• Work with cross‑functional teams, support proof‑of‑concept efforts, deliver metric‑driven outcomes while monitoring enterprise spend, forecasting costs, and maximizing platform value.
• Provide support for ongoing operations and identify opportunities to optimize costs.
• Monitor logs, service instances, quotas, and ERP platform alerts.
• Partner with ERP Platform Architect on the development of BTP standards and best practices as it relates to SAP solutions.
• Ensure adherence to global SAP design and architecture and participate in architecture review boards as needed.
• Responsible for ensuring all changes/enhancements meet required quality and compliance requirements (GxP, SOX)

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in engineering in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, electrical, informatics)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in implementing and managing SAP BTP and cloud-based SAP solutions as it relates to Global ERP implementations
• Strong knowledge of SAP cloud architecture including SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP BTP Cloud solutions like Signavio, LeanIX and Cloud ALM.
• Experience in maintaining cloud infrastructure of SAP solutions like Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Commerce Cloud (Hybris), Ariba, Business Technology Platform (BTP), Concur, SAP Work Manager, Business Network for Logistics, etc.
• Demonstrated experience administering SAP BTP accounts, including Global Accounts, Directories, and Subaccounts, with responsibility for entitlements, quotas, and subscriptions across multi-environment landscapes (Dev/Test/Prod).
• Proven ability to manage SAP BTP security and identity configuration, including SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS), integration with enterprise identity providers, role collections, authorization assignments, and enforcement of least-privilege access.
• Hands‑on experience configuring secure connectivity between SAP BTP and external systems, including SAP Cloud Connector, BTP Connectivity service, destinations, certificates, and principal propagation.
• Experience administering core SAP BTP services, such as SAP Integration Suite, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Process Automation, and supporting service lifecycle management and subscriptions.
• Working knowledge of SAP BTP runtimes and environments, including Cloud Foundry and/or Kyma, with the ability to support application deployments, runtime monitoring, and resource management.
• Ability to monitor, operate, and support SAP BTP in a production environment, including logging, alerting, incident support, usage analysis, and cost/entitlement optimization.
• Experience applying platform governance and enterprise standards, including landscape segregation, naming conventions, transport strategies, and alignment with Clean Core and S/4HANA extensibility principles.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including SAP Basis, integration architects, developers, security, and enterprise architecture, while maintaining clear documentation and operational runbooks.
