Responsibilities:

1. Test SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, CC) using FIORI applications, and test SAP OTC and RAR modules.
2. Coordinate with QA Leads, project managers, developers, system administrators, architects, and DBAs.
3. Lead and develop functional, system, regression, load, integration, and performance test scenarios.
4. Collaborate with development leads and business analysts to design and create test data.
5. Execute tests, monitor progress, resolve defects, and manage issues.
6. Maintain overall quality of project deliverables across all testing stages.
7. Oversee integration, functional, system, regression, load, performance, and UAT testing.
8. Incorporate industry QA standards, best practices, and tools into the ServiceNow environment.
