Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India Private Limited in Bangalore is seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Functional Consultant with MM exposure to design, configure, and support BRIM solutions across Subscription Order Management, Billing, Charging, and Invoicing.

The role requires 6-7 years of experience, strong knowledge of SAP BRIM, SOM, CC, CI, and SAP SD integration, and collaboration with global teams to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management).
• Experience in SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM), SAP Convergent Charging (CC), SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI).
• Good understanding of SAP SD and its integration with SAP BRIM.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP BRIM solutions.
• Design, configure, test, and support SAP BRIM processes across Subscription Order Management, Billing, Charging, and Invoicing.
• Work with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP BRIM and SAP SD modules.
• Perform requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and UAT.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP BRIM solutions.
• Design, configure, test, and support SAP BRIM processes across Subscription Order Management, Billing, Charging, and Invoicing.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP BRIM and SAP SD modules.
• Perform requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Support defect analysis, issue resolution, production support activities, and continuous process improvements.
• Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and implementation projects.
• Prepare functional specifications, business process documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Drive discussions with stakeholders and provide recommendations for process optimization and best practices.
• Take ownership of deliverables, ensure quality standards, and support project milestones.
