Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP/IT leader to drive end-to-end bid and proposal lifecycle for SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, finalize commercial proposals, and guide delivery planning across global projects.

The role requires 10–18+ years of SAP/IT experience, presales, solutioning, and strong stakeholder management to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ analysis, bid strategy, planning, and proposal governance.
• Develop solution propositions, win themes, value propositions, and differentiators.
• Coordinate SAP S/4HANA solutioning across Functional, Technical, Integration, Data, BTP, Fiori, AI, and Cloud.
• Define scope, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and RACI.
• Coordinate effort estimation, resource planning, project timelines, pricing, and commercial proposals.
• Prepare and manage key proposal deliverables including Executive Summary, Solution Approach, Architecture, Methodology, Project Plan, Governance, and Commercials.
• Drive bid reviews, compliance checks, leadership approvals, and final proposal submission.
• Support customer workshops, proposal presentations, solution discussions, and negotiations.
• Ensure smooth Bid-to-Delivery transition, including SOW, scope, assumptions, estimates, and implementation approach.

Roles & Responsibilities :
