Job description

Responsibilities

• Implementation and operation of SAP NetWeaver ABAP & Java based system landscapes on HANA, including OS, HA and DSR across the complete lifecycle.
• Ensure availability, performance and continuous optimization of SAP system landscapes.
• Support operation of a highly integrated SAP Cloud Landscape (SAP BTP, CX Suite and SF).
• Participate in the implementation of projects, upgrades, and guidelines.
• First- and Second-Level Support for SAP Basis related topics.
• Work in a global SAP Operations team with shift model.
• Maintain technical knowledge base and documentation of SAP system components.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in computer science or information technology from a reputed university.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in SAP Basis or SAP Operations.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP technologies such as SAP NetWeaver, AS ABAP & Java, SAP HANA DB and OS (Linux, Windows).
• Good experience in SAP cloud operation, storage systems and virtualization (VMWare).
• Good knowledge of ITIL framework for IT Service Management.
• SAP HANA 2.0 certification or SAP Certified Technology Specialist is a plus.
• Distinct customer- and team-orientation.
• Capability to work in a shift model.
• Strong communication and implementation skills, good analytical skills, high technical understanding.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
