Previous Work Experience

7–10 years of SAP Basis administration experience within medium to large enterprise environments. Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership, Lead, or supervisory role

• Managing the day-to-day technical administration of the SAP landscape.
• Ensuring high availability and optimal performance of all SAP environments.
• Providing technical ownership of SAP Basis services across production and non-production systems.
• Supporting SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and transformation projects.
• Managing SAP system lifecycle activities including installations, refreshes, and decommissioning.
• Leading technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis of SAP platform issues.
• Ensuring SAP systems comply with security, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Managing SAP transport management processes across all environments.
• Collaborating with infrastructure, database, network, cybersecurity, and application teams.

• Managing technical vendor relationships and coordinating with SAP support.
• Mentoring Basis engineers and technical specialists.
• Contributing to technology roadmaps and SAP platform strategy.
• Supporting cloud-based SAP platforms including SAP RISE and hyperscaler-hosted environments.
• Driving automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of Basis operations.
