Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an SAP Basis Consultant with 4-10 years of experience specializing in ECS-driven SAP environments. The role requires hands-on landscape design, sizing, HA/DR, data center and cloud migrations, and end-to-end implementations. Candidates should be ready for 24x7 shifts and extended support windows.

Immediate joiners are preferred. Prior experience in SAP S/4HANA and broader SAP tooling will be advantageous to manage complex BASIS operations across global delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-10 years of experience in SAP Basis Consultant
• Minimum 2 end to end SAP Basis implementation / migration (Data Center, Cloud, OS/DB) / Upgrade full life cycle
• Must have experience in SAP – ECS Module
• Hands on experience in Designing Implementing Landscape, Infrastructure, Client Strategy, Capacity Planning (Sizing), HA/DR setup, Backup Recovery Strategy, Storage systems, Solutioning and Basis Administration

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert focal point for architectural frameworks.
• Well versed with the entire business suite of SAP, S/4HANA, HANA Administration, Solution Manager, Other SAP 3rd party tools.
• Experience with project management talent management
• Willing to work in 24x7 and extended hours support environment.
• Understanding methodologies and their interaction with other business processes / applications
• Experience of working with global delivery models including offshore and multi-cultural teams
