Responsibilities

• Assist in SAP BASIS administration for SAP S/4HANA implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement projects.
• Monitor the health and performance of SAP systems and ensure system availability.
• Support SAP system installations, configurations, upgrades, and patch management activities.
• Assist in client administration, user administration, and authorization-related activities.
• Monitor background jobs, spool management, transports, and system logs.
• Support transport management across Development, Quality, and Production environments.
• Assist in system performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Perform routine system maintenance and housekeeping activities.Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, network, and security teams as required.
• Prepare technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system reports.
• Stay updated with SAP BASIS best practices and SAP S/4HANA administration technologies.
