Acara Solutions is seeking a Senior SAP BASIS Consultant to manage and support a complex SAP landscape. You will handle BASIS administration, production support, security, and integrations for an ongoing S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.

The role requires extensive experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, SuccessFactors EC/ECP, IAS/SSO, CPI/PI/PO, and SAP BTP, with a focus on technical leadership and cross-functional coordination.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Technical Consulting / SAP BASIS.
• 5+ years of experience as SAP BASIS Technical Lead, Architect, or Project Lead.
• 5+ years of SAP production support experience in a complex SAP landscape.
• Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP implementation/upgrade projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SuccessFactors EC/ECP, SAP IAS/SSO, SAP CPI, and PI/PO is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP HANA Cloud is an added advantage.
• Experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support SAP systems including SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP, SAP BTP, CPI, PI/PO, IAS, and SSO environments.
• Monitor production and non-production SAP systems and resolve technical issues.
• Perform system copies, system refreshes, SAP Note installations, certificate updates, and system health checks.
• Manage SAP IAS, SSO, SAML, certificates, trust configuration, and access controls.
• Support SAP integrations and coordinate with technical and functional teams.
• Provide technical BASIS support for the S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.
• Handle production incidents and ensure timely resolution with proper stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external implementation vendors.
• Review existing technical solutions and recommend improvements to the SAP landscape.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational processes.
