Job summary

TD SYNNEX in India is seeking a Senior SAP Basis Administrator to execute standard operational tasks for system administration, including setup/configuration, transports, and performance tuning across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, CRM, FSCM, PO, and IBP.

The role offers fully remote or hybrid work in India, opportunities for career progression, and a culture that values learning and collaboration. You will rotate weekly on-call support and contribute to reliable SAP operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant SAP administration experience.
• Experience with SAP ECC, S/4/HANA, BW, CRM and SAP Solution Manager.
• SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer SAP systems including ECC, S/4/HANA, CRM, FSCM, PO, and IBP.
• Install/upgrade, monitor, and optimize SAP applications.
• Provide weekly on-call support rotation.
• Configure SAP Solution Manager (Solman).
• Manage transports and perform troubleshooting.

About The Role

As a Sr SAP Basis Administrator you will execute standard operational tasks for the system administration. Perform setup/configuration, object transports, troubleshooting, error handling, performance turning, and problem resolution.

• Administration of SAP systems like ECC, S4/HANA, CRM, FSCM, PO, IBP etc.
• Installation/upgrade/system refresh and Monitoring, and performance of SAP applications
• Rotational weekly on-call support process
• Solman configuration
• Transport management
• Troubleshooting

What We're Kindly Looking For

• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Work experience with SAP ECC, S/4, RISE, BW, CRM and SAP Solution Manager etc
• SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA is preferred.
