Job summary

Tekskills in India seeks an SAP MDG specialist to lead requirement workshops focused on Customer master data and define optimized To Be MDG processes. You will analyze existing customer master data processes and drive governance and data quality improvements.

Responsibilities include configuring MDG Customer domain, BRF+ rule design, and integration with SAP S/4HANA, CRM, ECC, and third-party systems via ALE/IDoc, APIs, or SOA. 10+ years total experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Total experience of 10 years with 7+ years in SAP MDG/Customer domain
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP MDG for customer data
• Experience in BRF+ rules, data models, UI modeling, workflows and validations

Responsibilities

• Configure MDG Customer domain: data models, UI modeling, change request types, workflows, validations, and derivations.
• Design and maintain BRF+ rules for customer master validations and field derivations.
• Support integration with SAP S/4HANA, CRM, ECC, and third party systems through ALE/IDoc, APIs, or SOA.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design enhancements, interfaces, and data replication strategies.
• Work with business users and data stewards for testing (SIT/UAT), training, and change management.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and harmonization activities for customer data.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement in MDG Customer processes.
