SAP B1 Functional Consultant

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Business One (B1) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of expertise in SAP B1 implementation and support. This role requires working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, configure SAP B1 solutions, and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs - Key Responsibility Areas):

1. Implementation & Configuration:
   Lead end-to-end SAP Business One implementations, including business requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
   Configure and customize SAP B1 modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, CRM based on business needs.
   Develop and maintain workflow solutions and approval procedures within SAP B1.
2. Business Process Analysis & Optimization:
   Conduct business process analysis and recommend best practices for improving efficiency using SAP B1.
   Assist in re-engineering business processes and improving workflows.
   Identify automation opportunities and minimize manual interventions.
3. Technical & Functional Support:
   Provide post-implementation support and resolve end-user issues related to SAP B1.
   Work closely with IT teams for system enhancements, integration with third-party tools, and add-on development.
   Manage system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
