Job summary

Resillion in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Senior Automation Test Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions that enhance software quality across SAP Payroll and integrated business applications.

You will embed automation across the testing lifecycle, build reusable assets, integrate tests into CI/CD, and collaborate with global delivery teams to improve test coverage.

Strong hands-on Tosca, SAP automation, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca, including framework design, setup, and architecture.
• Experience automating SAP business processes, preferably within SAP Payroll environments.
• Strong understanding of System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and End-to-End Testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
• Identify business processes and test scenarios suitable for automation across SAP and integrated systems.
• Develop reusable automation assets to support System, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
• Integrate automated testing solutions into CI/CD and release pipelines where appropriate.
• Maintain automation frameworks, test data, execution reports, and test documentation.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to investigate defects and improve test coverage.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote automation best practices across teams.
• Work closely with internal and external delivery teams to ensure successful testing outcomes.

About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Automation Test Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions that enhance software quality, increase regression test coverage, and accelerate delivery across SAP Payroll and integrated business applications. The successful candidate will play a key role in embedding automation throughout the testing lifecycle and driving automation best practices across the program.

• Experience creating and maintaining reusable automation frameworks and test assets.
• Knowledge of defect management processes and test reporting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile and cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
