Job summary

Jobtailor in India seeks a senior SAP Ariba consultant to design and deliver transformation projects. You will work with a globally diverse consulting team on Ariba engagements for clients across Industry Groups.

You will perform configuration, customization, integrations, and testing, while contributing to knowledge assets and sales demos. 8-12 years of experience and a strong client-facing mindset are required.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of Ariba implementation experience.
• Experience across Source to Contract, P2P, SIPM/SLP, Supplier Risk.
• Exposure to S/4H/ECC and SAP Activate.
• Strong customer-facing communication and teamwork.
• Experience in consulting and global exposure desirable.
• Ability to analyze user stories and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Work with the extended team and/or client to design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation projects
• Deliver as part of a globally diverse consulting team entrusted with the task of delivering Ariba engagements for clients across various Industry Groups
• Contribute to knowledge development and asset/solution development efforts
• Contribute to sales enablement efforts through RFP responses/demos
• Perform Configuration/Customization of the SAP Ariba system, including creation workflows
• Perform integrations and process automation
• Good exposure on different SAP Ariba APIs
• Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data
• Analyze and fully understand user stories and internal procedures to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the SAP Ariba releases

Requirements

• B.E./MBA from Tier-1 institutes with 8-12 years of relevant Ariba Implementation experience
• Experience across Source to Contract, Procurement to Pay, SIPM/SLP/Supplier RISK
• Exposure to s/4H/ECC
• Effective communication skills for customer-facing relationships for project and sustain related functions
• A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a service-oriented attitude with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused
• Experience in a consulting firm and global exposure is desirable
• College degree in related technology field or comparable job experiences
• Approximately 5 to 8 years of experience in a development role.
• Any SAP Ariba/MM certification a plus
• Experience on SDLC or SAP Activate methodology or equivalent tool to maintain stories
• Knowledge about SAP Ariba’s latest release and functionalities
