Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services in Mumbai seeks an experienced SAP Ariba consultant for a contractual engagement. You will drive implementation, configuration and support across multiple Ariba modules, ensuring smooth P2P/S2P processes and robust integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA.

The role requires hands-on experience, strong stakeholder communication, and proven success in SIT/UAT, Go-Live and Hypercare, along with production support responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Ariba.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Ariba implementation/configuration/support.
• Strong experience in at least 23 Ariba modules, preferably: Ariba Buying & Invoicing; Ariba Sourcing; Ariba Contracts; Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP); Guided Buying.
• Strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Source-to-Pay (S2P) knowledge.
• Experience with Purchase Requisition; Purchase Order; Goods Receipt; Invoice Processing; Invoice Reconciliation; Approval workflows.
• SAP Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
• Integration with SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA.
• Procurement / SAP MM process knowledge.
• Requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, solution design and configuration.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, defect resolution, Go-Live and Hypercare.
• Production support / incident resolution.
• Strong stakeholder and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Ariba implementation, configuration and support.
• Perform SIT/UAT, defect resolution and Go-Live activities.
• Provide production support and incident resolution.
• Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and clients for successful delivery.
