Job summary

Infosys invites experienced SAP Ariba professionals to join their consulting team. The role focuses on diagnosing customer issues, designing innovative solutions, and enabling deployment to delight clients.

You will own parts of proposals, contribute to solution design, and plan configuration activities including pilots and go-live preparations. You will lead small projects and ensure value-driven delivery aligned with client budgets.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in SAP Ariba implementation: requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration & customization, cutover, Go-live.
• Integration with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Day-to-day SAP Ariba support activities.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving input in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities ofconfiguration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organizations financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Should be a Graduate with at-least 5+ years of experience.
• Should have done SAP Ariba implementation activities (Requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration & customization, cutover, Go-live, etc.)

• Must be good with SAP Ariba day-to-day support activities
• Defect analysis and issue resolution of support incidents
• Must be able to Identify & resolve interface issues

• Should be good at SAP Ariba Functional SME Skills (SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing, Ariba Buying & Invoicing (PTP),Ariba Commerce automation/ Ariba Supply chain Collaboration)
• Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability
• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
• Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
• Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
• Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
