Job summary

Alignity Solutions is seeking a Senior Consultant – SAP Application Security & GRC to deliver strategic SAP security and governance services from Hyderabad/India. You will support 24x7 rotational operations and work closely with clients to strengthen their SAP security posture.

The role requires 6–10 years in SAP Security & GRC, S/4HANA experience, and ITIL-aligned incident/change management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to practice-level training.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of SAP Security and GRC experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA security assessments and design.
• ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request handling.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Strong SoD analysis and user access reviews.
• Security governance and access control administration expertise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP Security & GRC services to clients.
• Lead incident, request, and change management using ITSM tools.
• Perform root cause analysis and problem management.

Position Summary

Work You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant - SAP Application Security &GRC, you will be responsible for:

• Drivingcontinuous improvement through regular engagement with clients andinternal teams on service delivery and Service Level Agreement (SLA)performance.
  
• Actingas a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Application Security and SAPGovernance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Access Control.
  
• Managingincidents, service requests, and change tickets using IT ServiceManagement (ITSM) tools.
  
• Performingroot cause analysis and problem management for recurring incidents.
  
• Escalatingrisks, SLA breaches, and recurring issues to leadership teams.
  
• Leadingsupport operations, including ticket triage, queue management, servicequality monitoring, and governance reporting.
  
• Monitoringand reporting incident, request, and SLA metrics.
  
• Supportingproposal development and contributing to team management andpractice-level training initiatives.
  

Team Overview

As part of the Cyber Operate Application Security team,you will be responsible for delivering SAP security support, assessments, andgovernance services. The role involves:

• End-userSAP security support.
  
• SAPaccess control administration and monitoring.
  
• Automatedcontrols monitoring and compliance management.
  
• Segregationof Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation.
  
• SAPsecurity assessments and optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 6-10years of experience in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control (10.x/12.x),and SAP S/4HANA within Application Managed Services (AMS) or supportenvironments.
  
• Hands-onexperience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC security assessments, design,implementation, and support.
  
• Experiencein Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management aligned withITIL best practices.
  
• Workingknowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira.
  
• Experienceproviding recommendations and support for SAP security role design andgovernance.
  
• Strongexperience in Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, remediation, andperiodic user access reviews.
  
• Bachelor'sor Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, orrelated field.
