Job Description

Join our Center of Excellence (CoE) within Product Development & Engineering and become part of a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team. We are looking for a passionate SAP Functional Engineer with expertise in SAP ECC & VIM to drive impactful solutions, optimize business processes, and contribute to our global SAP platform.

You will work closely with product managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, playing a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities

1. Align business needs with SAP VIM solutions to drive seamless integration.
2. Configure and optimize invoice workflows within SAP VIM, making modifications when required.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation.
4. Manage configuration, testing, and deployment activities for SAP solutions.
5. Independently drive project tasks and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
6. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on SAP solution design and best practices.

Qualifications

Primary Skills

• 3–5 years SAP VIM knowledge, including integration with SAP Fiori apps.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC modules (FI, CO, MM)
• Deep understanding of purchase-to-pay processes and best practices.
• Experience with invoice document capture tools and their integration into SAP.
• Experience in S/4 HANA migration projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow, and Agile methodologies is a plus.

Good to have

• Strong problem-solving and change management skills, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Ability to work in international teams and collaborate across different geographies.
• Passion for continuous learning, staying updated on new technologies and market trends.
• A proactive mindset, with a willingness to contribute to Communities of Practice (CoP).
• Strong communication skills, with experience assisting in workshops and collaborating with stakeholders under guidance.
• Good understanding of ABAP; familiarity with Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP) is an added advantage.
