Job summary

Neev is seeking an experienced SAP APO SNP Consultant to join the Supply Chain Management team. The role focuses on SNP planning, CIF troubleshooting, and integrating APO SNP with ECC modules (PP, MM, WM) and SAP BW.

The candidate should have 5–7+ years of hands-on SAP SCM-APO-SNP experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of delivering end-to-end planning solutions across industries.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of hands-on SAP SCM-APO-SNP experience across implementations and support.
• Expert-level SNP configurations, Master Data, Demand & Supply Planning, Optimizer/Heuristic algorithms, CIF troubleshooting.
• Strong integration knowledge of APO with ECC (PP, MM, WM) and SAP BW.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and lead end-to-end SAP SCM-APO-SNP planning implementations.
• Execute SNP Heuristic and SNP Optimizer runs and analyze planning results.
• Resolve Net Change Planning, Sub-Contracting, Alerts, and APO reporting issues.
• Provide CIF and Master Data maintenance support across SAP APO and ECC.
• Integrate APO SNP with ECC modules (PP, MM, WM) and SAP BW.
• Contribute to PPDS planning and scheduling activities.
• Communicate with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive delivery.

Job Opportunity: SAP APO SNP

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SAP APO SNP Consultant to join our Supply Chain Management team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality implementation and support solutions across various industry verticals. The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on expertise in Supply Network Planning (SNP), strong problem-solving capabilities for complex Core Interface (CIF) and planning issues, and a broad understanding of integrated SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP APO SNP Configuration & Planning
• Lead and manage end-to-end configuration, design, and execution of SAP SCM-APO-SNP planning solutions.
• Expertise in configuring and executing SNP Heuristic and SNP Optimizer runs, including deep analytical evaluation of planning results.
• Manage and resolve complex issues related to Net Change Planning, Sub-Contracting processes, Alerts Management, and standard APO reporting.
• Core Interface (CIF) & System Integration
• Provide strong support and troubleshooting expertise for Core Interface (CIF) and Master Data maintenance across SAP APO and ECC environments.
• Seamlessly integrate APO SNP with core SAP ECC modules, including Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and Warehouse Management (WM), as well as SAP BW systems.
• Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PPDS)
• Apply operational exposure to PPDS, including the DS Planning Board, Campaign Planning, Block Planning, Product View, and resource scheduling.
• Stakeholder & Client Management
• Communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and client partners across all levels to resolve operational bottlenecks and drive solution delivery.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience: 5 to 7+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in SAP SCM-APO-SNP solutions across implementation and support projects.
• Core SNP Competencies: Expert-level knowledge in SNP configurations, Master Data, Demand & Supply Planning, Optimizer/Heuristic algorithms, and CIF troubleshooting.
• Module Integration: Strong working knowledge of APO integration with ECC (PP, MM, WM) and SAP BW.
• Professional Competencies: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).

Desirable / Added Advantages

• Practical exposure to GATP (Global Available-to-Promise) functionality, including Backorder Processing (BOP), Rule-Based ATP (RBA), and SD integration.
• Prior experience delivering SAP APO solutions across multiple industry verticals.
