Job summary

Fujitsu in India seeks an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud consultant to design and deliver enterprise analytics spanning SAC, Datasphere, and S/4HANA. You will lead KPI workshops with manufacturing, quality, and finance teams to turn requests into concrete data sources and models.

Responsibilities include building dashboards and analytic applications, ensuring governance, and guiding the migration path from legacy BI tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in enterprise analytics consulting with SAC implementations.
• Deep hands-on SAC expertise: live modelling, stories, calculated/restricted measures.
• Strong live-connection experience to S/4HANA via CDS.
• Familiarity with SAP Datasphere and SAP BW/4HANA as modelling layers.
• Experience delivering manufacturing, quality or cost analytics.

Develop SAP Analytics Cloud stories, models, dashboards, planning views, data connections, and reports to support project and business analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Lead KPI definition workshops with quality, manufacturing, planning and finance stakeholders; convert vaguely stated reporting wishes into agreed formulas, sources, granularity, refresh frequency and ownership.Map reporting requirements against standard analytical Fiori apps and embedded analytics first, documenting explicitly what standard already meets so only the genuine remainder is built.Design the analytics architecture across SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere and SAC — live connections to S/4HANA CDS models, acquisition patterns and the feed from SAP Digital Manufacturing.Build SAC models, stories and analytic applications for manufacturing KPIs (OEE and its factors, machine comparison, downtime drivers, WIP, yield), quality KPIs (first pass yield, rejection rate, defect Pareto, control charts, supplier quality), lot and inventory KPIs (lot lifecycle, held lots, aged and expired stock), and planning and cost KPIs.Build the composite business-specific KPIs — cost of poor quality as a share of sales, scrap ratios, on‑time delivery, manufacturing cost and gross margin, safety — joining quality, production, finance and sales data; deliver the actual‑costing management reporting layer.Set the visual and interaction standard for the dashboard estate — consistent color semantics, accessible contrast, chart‑type selection, drill paths and shop‑floor display formats — so it reads as one system; design SAC roles, teams and row‑level data access aligned to S/4HANA authorizations.Support the formal decision on the legacy visualization tool with a clear recommendation and migration path; establish KPI governance, and train client KPI owners and report authors to extend the estate themselves

Required Qualifications

6+ years enterprise analytics consulting with 3+ full‑lifecycle SAP Analytics Cloud implementations in a delivery‑lead or senior‑build capacity.Deep hands‑on SAC expertise: live and import modelling, stories, analytic applications, calculated and restricted measures, currency and unit handling, and performance optimization.Strong live‑connection experience to S/4HANA via CDS / analytical queries, and the ability to specify the CDS models you need to the ABAP team.SAP Datasphere and/or SAP BW/4HANA as the modelling layer beneath SAC.Demonstrable KPI definition from scratch with business stakeholders — turning “we want better visibility” into a formula, a source and an owner.Manufacturing, quality or cost analytics delivery; familiarity with OEE, first pass yield, Cp/Cpk, defect Pareto and scrap/variance metrics; SAC security and row‑level access aligned to an ERP authorization model.Sound data‑visualization judgment — chart‑type selection, color semantics, accessibility, layout — and the ability to argue against a requested chart that will mislead.

Bilingual English/Japanese (business level); prior delivery in Japan, including bilingual dashboard delivery.SAP Business Data Cloud and its relationship to Datasphere and SAC; embedded analytics in SAP Digital Manufacturing.SAC Planning for what‑if and scenario modelling.SAP Material Ledger and CO‑PA data structures for margin and cost reporting.Experience migrating or retiring a legacy BI/visualization tool; Just Ask, predictive scenarios or smart insights in SAC.SAP certification in SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP Datasphere.
