PwC India Accelerations Center is seeking a SAP Analytics Cloud Planning Senior Associate. You will design and deliver planning solutions, collaborate with global advisory teams, and guide junior resources through complex SAP projects.

The role emphasizes client-focused delivery, technical rigor, and cross‑team coordination. You will work on SAP SAC planning, data models, and integration across BW/BPC/HANA ecosystems, with mentoring and agile collaboration expected in a dynamic delivery

Qualifications

Responsibilities

As a SAP Analytics Cloud Planning Senior Associate you will support client needs by designing and delivering planning solutions within our Advisory practice, focusing on SAP technology and business application consulting. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, build meaningful client connections, guide junior team members, and use critical thinking to develop deliverables that fit broader project objectives and business context. In this role at PwC, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency through SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, contribute to implementation and support activities, and apply your technical skills to configuration, development, and ongoing solution support.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 6 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

Required Skills:

• Have extensive or at least 6 years of SAP experience and has worked on multiple SAP Analytics Cloud support or implementation projects.
• Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and implement technical components accordingly.
• Ability to create Technical Design Documents (TDD) and Unit Test documents for the technical solutions being implemented.
• Excellent Communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a Consultant and play key role of team lead.
• Good experience in creating both analytic and planning data models.
• Troubleshoot SAC Planning issues, including data load failures, data action/multi-action failures, performance issues, authorization issues, and planning data inconsistencies.
• Strong experience building SAC Stories and planning interfaces.
• Experience implementing planning security and Data Access Controls (DAC).
• Good understanding of SAC data integration and import mechanisms.
• Strong experience in creating , maintaining import models, applying transformations, Dimensions etc.
• Strong knowledge of Data analyzer
• Experience in performing what if analysis & value driver tree simulation.
• Experience in advanced planning functions like data actions, allocations, distributions & Spreading
• Forecasting by combining actuals plus plan, Predictive forecasting, Trend analysis
• Has exposure in setting up import & live connection to various sources like BW, BPC, HANA, Universe, Success Factor etc.
• Experience in writing data back to Standard BPC, Embedded BW & S4HANA.
• In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP support project
• Unit Testing, Integration Testing
• User Support activities
• Exposure to ASAP and other structured ITIL methodologies
• Regularly interact with the onsite team/client
• Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls
• Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client

Preferred Skills

• Good Experience in SAC Planning and reporting
• Good Experience in SAP Datasphere
• ITIL 4 Certification
