Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning professional with strong business acumen, ability to travel internationally, and excellent communication skills. This role involves end-to-end SAC Planning implementation and consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement SAC Planning solutions covering Revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, Workforce, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow Planning.
- Collaborate with business users to translate planning needs into effective SAC solutions.
- Independently design new solutions for unique client requirements.
- Connect on-premises and cloud databases to SAC.
- Build Planning and Analytical models, complex formulas, Data Actions, Multi-Actions, and advanced story components (Hierarchies, Dashboards, Geo Maps, Linked Analysis, calculated measures & dimensions, blending).
- Create intuitive dashboards and reports following best practices.
- Work in large-scale BI implementations.
- Work independently with limited supervision.
- Leverage SAP BPC knowledge where applicable.
- Perform Information Security responsibilities as outlined below.
Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years overall experience with at least 4 years in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning (SAC), and a minimum of 3 end-to-end SAC Planning implementations.
- Strong business understanding of financial planning concepts.
- Experience with SAP BW/HANA, SAP Datasphere.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ready for short-term or long-term travel globally.
- Ability to drive discussions with cross-geography counterparts.
- Consulting and system configuration experience.
Additional Notes
- Travel involvement: 20-40%.
- Resource requirements: 10+ years overall experience, 4+ years SAC planning, SAC Planning certification.
Information Security Responsibilities
- Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Practice information protection and handle data securely.
- Participate in security training and act responsibly handling information.
- Report suspected security and policy breaches to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
- Adhere to additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.
